DEADLINES

Commissions can take some time, from 2 weeks to 1 month.
You can't expedite the commission.

REVISIONS

Any changes made before the colouring stage are free; after that stage, I only make minor adjustments.

RIGHTS

You're allowed to use the artwork as your icons, backrounds, personal prints, etc.
Any reselling, passing the artwork as your own and feeding it to AI is not allowed.
I may use the artwork for my portfolio and samples unless otherwise stated.

PAYMENT

Due to regional restrictions I can receive payment through Boosty only, International cards are supported, but be aware that some banks may decline the payment.
I start working on your commission only after receiving a 50% prepayment; you pay the remaining balance once the artwork is finished.

REFUND

Payments made through Boosty are generally non-refundable, as the platform does not provide creators with a direct refund option. If you wish to cancel your commission and request a refund before the rendering stage, please contact me and we will discuss the available options. Refund requests cannot be accepted once the commission has entered the rendering stage.
